We were honored by the visit of the president of the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists (LOP) Dr. Joe Salloum accompanied by the LOP board members to our newly extended manufacturing site in Zikrit.

After being welcomed by Algorithm’s management, the visitors had a site tour where they have learned more about our pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities and capacity. This visit holds significance as it is part of a broader series of visits initiated by the LOP president to underscore the vital role played by the Lebanese pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Salloum emphasized the advanced nature of the Lebanese pharmaceutical industry, highlighting its pivotal contribution to the healthcare sector, particularly in times of crisis. He further stressed the significance of a robust drug policy that relies on locally manufactured medicines while maintaining strong collaborations with global scientific institutions.
