Algorithm SAL, a pioneering regional pharmaceutical manufacturer with products registered in Saudi Arabia, has announced the signing of a landmark strategic partnership agreement with Batterjee Pharma, a leading Saudi pharmaceutical company, becoming the first Lebanese company to lead the localization of its portfolio in the Kingdom.

The agreement covers the manufacturing and supply of several Algorithm products most of which are licensed from leading multinational companies in Japan and Europe.

The collaboration will kick off with differentiated products targeting the treatment of critical therapeutic areas such as hyperlipidemia, dyslipidemia, hypertension, chronic weight management, and acute coronary syndrome, with full technology transfer expected by mid-2026.

Aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Health Sector Transformation Program under Vision 2030, the partnership between Algorithm and Batterjee Pharma aims to strengthen the Kingdom’s healthcare infrastructure, reduce reliance on imports, and enhance treatment standards by providing local access to essential medicines.
